I work across disciplines without much interest in staying inside any of them. I'm an entrepreneur and my background is in visual art, design, and hospitality — but the throughline is curiosity. I examine how decisions are made, particularly in matters of taste and rigor.
I've built spaces, objects, and practices from that place. Some of them are businesses. Some are art. The distinction is less important than the integrity of the thing itself.
I'm available for consulting — particularly in hospitality, concept development, and the kind of problem that doesn't fit neatly into a category. I'm open to creative collaborations across the board.

Hospitality
A tasting room in Brooklyn and a small chain of boutique grocery stores in Manhattan. These are tiny, larger than life spaces, lovingly described as “precious jewel boxes”.
-
Drawings
An ongoing practice. Drawings made to answer questions — structural, functional, documentary — agnostic toward aesthetics.
-
Design
Things reconsidered from first principles. Beverages and game design. A chess set stripped of its inherited iconography. Beer made to consider flavor first — a simple series of classic customer favorites, followed by more exploration with the idea of beer as food.
